PES hot melt adhesive film can be widely used for bonding in various fields such as clothing, daily necessities, and environmental water treatment. It has good adhesion to materials such as polyester fabric, PET film, rubber, sponge, and metal, and is second only to TPU hot melt adhesive film in sales.
PA hot melt adhesive The main component of PA hot melt adhesive film is copolyamide, which has good viscosity and stability, transparent color, no elasticity, high melting point, and good dry cleaning resistance. PA hot melt adhesive film has a limited application range and is expensive, mainly used for bonding materials in various fields such as electronic products and PI films.
PO hot melt adhesive The main component of PO hot melt adhesive film is polyolefin, which has good water washing resistance, transparent and non elastic color. It is mainly used in the clothing industry, especially in the adhesion of clothing trademark logos, with low cost. The density of PO hot melt adhesive film is very low, only about 0.83, which means that the weight per 0.01mm thickness is 8.3 grams, which is much lighter compared to TPU hot melt adhesive film with a weight of 12 grams per 0.01mm. This is also one of the important reasons why PO is cheap. Many people confuse PO and EAA materials, but in fact, there are fundamental differences in their composition and usage areas.
EVA hot melt adhesive The main component of EVA hot melt adhesive film is vinyl acetate copolymer, which is an elastic material with a low melting point but poor water resistance. It is not suitable for use in areas with washing requirements and can be used for bonding in wallpaper, home textiles, building materials, and other fields. It has good adhesion to materials such as polypropylene (PP), wood paper, EVA foam, and various sponges.
